1. What countries do you ship to?
Harper Kelley currently ships worldwide. Including the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Please note sizes are for US and prices are for USD.
2. What shipping options do you offer?
Harper Kelley ships all packages using FedEx Ground.
3. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
4. When will my order ship?
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing. After your order is processed it will be shipped.
5. When will I receive my order?
After your order has been processed, you will receive your package within 5 to 7 business days.
For accessories please allow 7 to 10 business days, as each piece is handmade and imported.
6. I placed an order, why was my account refunded?
Harper Kelley offers meticulously hand-selected pieces in small, limited quantities. If you placed an order and your account has been refunded the item you ordered has likely sold out and is no longer in stock.
7. How do I know what size to order?

8. What is your return and exchange policy?
Return and exchange requests for non-sale merchandise are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the style for items that have not been worn altered or washed, and with all tags attached. Request must contain the style number, the reason for the request and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Email email@example.com
For approved return requests, we will email a pre-paid return label. Once the item is received, we will refund your credit card or ship an exchange, depending on what you requested. The sale items and all accessories we offer on our site are final sale.
